  • Limitation of Liability: Dynasty Pest Control is not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or for any pre-existing conditions or damage to the property not directly caused by our technicians. Our total liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

  • Scheduling: We will make every effort to adhere to scheduled service times. However, appointment times are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, weather, or emergencies.

  • Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid potential cancellation fees.
